You extracted description is right , we are at stratum 2 and just syncing
its time with stratum 1 level GPS device.
Litte bit confused with your conclusion. When leap second will happen on GPS
what will the impact on our stratum 2 level server and below beyond ( Straum
3 client etc )

Our NTP server is placed at stratum 2 which is syncing its time with uplink
GPS devices ( Which are on stratum 1 ).
Now question is that on June 30th leap second is going to happen, is there
anything we need to change /modify on our startum 2 NTP server and other
clients of
