The BrowserViz package - currently timing out on malbec1 and nebbiolo1,
supports json messaging over websockets between R and most web browsers.
The unit tests for BrowserViz only run if a web browser is available. In

I see similar problems for GenomicFiles, so it is not a problem unique to
your package.
I was not able to generate this error with r79717 in Windows 10, so I
conjecture that this
will go away when the R-devel for windows is upgraded.
