I am getting some warnings that the Omada package is failing. If I am
correct I need to make some changes to both the devel and Release_3_18
branches. Because I am using a new laptop, could you let me know how to
make the necessary changes to fix both branches ( I mean how to connect

install.packages() calls available.packages() to find out which packages
are available - and passes a "filters" argument if supplied.
That can be a user defined filter. It should be possible to write a user
defined filter which prefers the packages in your local repo.

In the Bioconductor, the release version page of SVMDO includes the
CITATION information, provided by the CITATION file in the package, but
it does not appear in the development version Bioconductor page of
