Function dist.binary in add-on library ade4 yields wrong results due to wrong
association of method number and index formula.
Examples:
method=6 should be 5 (S7, Soerensen index)
method=7 should be 6 (S

I've had a go at this using both the source and the binaries on windows. The
problem I had was I don't have rsh only Openssh which I managed to get
working on linux (client & server) in minutes with pvm. The att
