If you asked google ggtree node label you will get many hits which tell you
how to label nodes
E.g.

And you will get it much more quickly than by asking here.

Hello,
You have set quanti.sup to retinol (df[[2]]), not age. In the code it's
quanti.sup=2.
Without data it's difficult to say but try changing it.
