I got a question about using a GLZ with categorical x categorical data.
Below there is a data set I want to know the influence of treatments (CONT,
and LPS2H LPS24H) on the categories of pigmentation of the right testis of
an amphibian. From these data, I used the function glm with binomial family
I have a data set and I want to procedure to model fitting (e.g., Poisson,
Gausian, binomial, quasipoisson etc.). I'd like to know if there is an
easier way to do this in R.
Thank you in advance.

Hi,
I'm having some troubles in using the ADE-4 package. I want to analyze data

Hi every one,
I'm having some problems with the function read.table(clipboard). I got a
spread sheet in the Excel, and than I make a command+C in the Mac, but the R

What could have happened?
Thanks,
Diogo
