interface this problem is avoided.
Additionally, it is (a lot) more flexible than Rgui.exe.

The prior answer of Stefan is correct!
You have now two options:
1. To uninstall Tinn-R and to install it newly, but don not check the
extension related with latex
2. To change the association file inside of the Windows Operational System.
