I created a trellis graph following methods suggest in Mixed-Effects Models
in S and S-Plus by Bates and Pinheiro using 'groupedData' and 'outer'
commands as follows:
1. data2-groupedData(LCU~ST1|Blcok, data=data1)
2. plot(data2,
for comparing two
models with and without a random effect. For the anova test, both anova.lme
and anova work.
