I'm running R version 2.14.1 (2011-12-22) on a 32-bit Windows machine. I've edited the GUI preferences to increase the font size, saving my preferences after doing so, but the next time I start an R session, my changes to the GUI preferences are lost. Is there a way to make the GUI preference changes permanent?
