Hello all and thanks for the help. I am analyzing a dataset using MetaMDS and I would like to project some extra samples onto the plot such that the extra samples do not play a role in defining the axes. I have been thinking of different ways of doing this and I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion for an easy way to do this (possibly a way to weight samples in the analysis?)
