Hi
I'm calculating McFaddens pseudo R2 (1- (Lmodel/L0)) for some models, and i
ran into a model where the model of interest has a positive likelihood,
while the null has a negative. This of course results in odd values. I
searched the list, but find no help. Can anyone provide insight?
Thanks
K
s going negative just as you
suggested.
So are the results wonky if phi is negative?

Hi
I'm trying to fit a model in betareg and I'm getting errors, but have no
idea what they mean or how to solve them. Does anyone have experience with
this?

Hi
Wondering if anyone knows of a package that does Nested Clade Analysis?
Thanks

Hi Group
I have a large data set of individual pairwise values (250,000 rows) that I
need to reshape into a pairwise matrix for mantel tests of these values
versus genetic distances.
the data are currently in columns formatted like so
AnimalA, AnimalB, Score
A1, A2, S1
A1, A3, S2
A1, A4, S3
A2,
I have always heard this referred to as a stack bar graph.

You can use TextWrangler to quickly change the eol characters used.
