Just solved the first problem! I had to generate a plot and then
plotted. Now it's saved into pdf.
Only the second issue:

I've been working with the code but I cannot make it work. I have 2 main

I think the easiest most straight forward way would be to just throw it
into a loop and subset the data on each loop around (untested code below
