Dear R Users,
I'm fitting non-linear models using nlme package.
How can I check models estimability?
Data were obtained using an incomplete factorial design:
effect 1 = 4 levels
effect 2 = 5 levels
effect 3 = 5 levels
effect 4 = 5 levels
Cross table example for effect 1 and effect 2:
4 5 6 7 8
55 58 0 16 0 59
57 0 84 25 78 0
60 18 24 167 24 16
62 0 80 22 89 0
