Hi Augustinius,
You are probably familiar with some of these:
http://finzi.psych.upenn.edu/R/library/geepack/html/geeglm.html
https://faculty.washington.edu/heagerty/Courses/b571/homework/geepack-paper.pdf

Good luck with it.

Hi Augustinius,
You have been set a problem that requires a lot more information than
is in your request. Also, you have flagged it as a "homework" problem,
so you are unlikely to get much help on this list. Sadly, this sort of
problem sometimes arises when being nice to the instructor is more
Good morning.
I'm a student at present working on my final year project.
Kindly asking for help on how to model longitudinal categorical data.
In my data set I have the following variables :type of crime, year, month,
date and time.treating type of crime as the response variable and there's
12
Goal: use GEE or GLMM to analyze repeated measures data in R
GEE problem: can’t find a way to do GEE with negative binomial family in R
GLMM problem: not sure if I’m specifying random effect correctly
Study question: Does the interaction of director and recipient group affect
rates of a
Hi to all,
I'd like to check my cozigam model with a continuous response.
If I only had a GAM I could do gam.check(b),
but with cozigam I'm not getting a way to check for residuals, fitted
values, qq plot..
Even if I have to do it separately for zeros and non-zeros part, how can I
assure that the
I am analyzing an experiment in which time is a factor, represented by
numbers indicating time since last treatment, but in this particular case
there is no reason to think that time has a numeric meaning in the sense
that 24 would be greater than 6. We have no idea which genes will be
increasing

So is this factor ordered or not. Is it just in your model to create
unordered strata? What does the Time variable look like now?
summary(Time)
Depending on how Time and Treatment are associated with the subjects
you may choose different options. And are they sitting in a dataframe?
