Hi, I think error message is clear enough "mzR has been built against a different Rcpp version". mzR on bioconductor is built using Rcpp 0.10, and you are using Rcpp 0.11. The solution I suggest is to install the mzR from source not using the binary package. Best, KK On Wed, Apr 2, 2014 at 6:
