[R] ordered probit or logit / recursive regression

I make a study in health econometrics and have a categorical dependent variable (take value 1-5). I would like to fit an ordered probit or ordered logit but i didn't find a command or package who make that. Does anyone know if it's exists ? other question : i would like to make a least square

[R] two stage level least square in R

I m in front of a problem of simultaneity bias between two equations and would like to apply the two stage level least squareIs there a special command in R ? I didn't found something about that in the R help. Thanks for your help
