Hi, I recently heard about application of sequencing algorithms to social data, which seems very interesting. There seems to be at least two programs whith whom you can do this kind of analysis : Optimize and TDA.

I've seen the optmatch package, but it doesn't seem to be exactly the same kind of method (but, as I am really new in this fiels, I may mistake completely).
