[R-SIG-Finance] Blotter Package Installation

Hi, I'm sorry if I should direct my post to a more appropriate forum, but I'm at loss. I've recently reinstalled R on my computer(s) and can't seem to install the blotter package on any of them. My Windows computers are running R 2.14.1 My Mac computer is running R 2.14.0 All are using Rstudio.
