function to an array, and that got it working. As you said the
dimensions need to be ordered as (col, row). However, as you will see,
there is an issue with the output in parallel mode:
Thanks Mike. That appears to be the problem. I was able to install all the
libraries from my laptop onto the workstation and the code now works on both
machines (with older version of raster).
