Dear members,
I am using gwr.mixed and gwr.basic functions in package "GWmodel". In the
function specifications it has mentioned that argument: fixed.var, which is
independent variables appeared in the formula to be treated as global
I am wondering how should I specify (maybe fixed.var = x3+x5+x
Dear List members:
I estimated a GGWR object(quasi Poisson). But I cant find corresponding
p-value or Standard error values for estimated coefficients. Is there any
way to pull those values out. To infer which one is significant which one
is not.
I appreciate your help.

Dear list members:
I am used to construct weigh and neighborhoods using knearneigh , knn2nb
and nb2listw function. In spatcounts package to estimate spatial count
models using est.sc function there are 2 arguments
gmat(spatial adjacency matrix) and nmat(matrix containing the number of
neighbors o
or disease association
mapping.
Thanks

Does any one knows how to put multiple spplot in the same page?

Dear List members:
I have plotted a SpatialPointsDataFrame (originated from GWR estimation)
using spplot function. I need to add
county boundaries(a SpatialPolygonsDataFrame ) of the points where
they belong to. I can plot these two spatial data frame separately but how
can I show the spplot of S
). these
models in econometric are usually known as *multinomial logit* /Probit.
Please let me know if there is a package or way to estimated these models
by incorporating spatial autocorrelation by using R.
Thanks
