Dear list,
apologies for the total beginner's question. I would like to use
gwr.gauss function to calculate weights "manually" without resorting
to ggwr.sel. I have seen the example from the spgwr manual:
plot(seq(-10,10,0.1), gwr.Gauss(seq(-10,10,0.1)^2, 3.5), type="l")
I was wondering if any
Apologies for this e-mail, I accidentally sent it to wrong R list! I
am subscribed to multiple lists.
Cheers,

Dear all,
apologies for the total beginner's question. I was wondering if anyone
can give some advice on how to calculate the slope for the last 10% of
the records of a rarefaction curve computed with rarefy from vegan.
Here is a graphic representation of what I would like to do:

Dear R-sig-geo users,
apologies for the simplicity of my question, but I have been
struggling with this for a bit I have not managed to find a solution.
Basically, I would like to overlay a polygon onto raster grid and
extract some statistics for the polygon in question i.e. the area of
every rast
I have asked for the same thing a few days ago. Let's see whether they
reply to you.
Cheers,
Simone

Dear list,
apologies for the total beginner's question. I was wondering whether
there is some function to compute the Moran's correlogram (e.g.
sp.correlogram) for spatio-temporal data?
thanks in advance,
Simone
