Supose you have a data-frame "foo" which is something like:
CoordX CoordY Var Real
1 1 10 1
1 2 11 1
2 1 91
2 2 81
1 1 11 2
1 2 13 2
1 3 81
then you can read it as a geodata with:
foo.gd <- as.geo

the option for realisations in geoR (in particular in the function likfit)
uses data in a different format: you need a vector indicating the
realisations for each datum
