The “-fopenmp” issue indicates you are using Xcode’s clang compiler that does
_not_ support OpenMP as Apple has yet to enable it in their fork of the llvm

The temporary solution was to load the compiled version of the package:

Uncompress with double-click,
and replace the rJava (from previous installation) folder with this new
one in:
