Hey everyone - I'm new to Radiant, but am loving every second of it.
The need for a parent tag came in my first Radiant project, so I
searched the lists, came upon this posting by John [1], and whipped up
a properly tested patch real quick.There's a ticket [2]
I installed the search behavior, ferret and acts_as_ferret but I can't get it to work on my shared host (Site5). It works fine on my mac, but when trying to launch script/server -e production I get this error on the shared host:
= Booting WEBrick...Load patches

undefined local variable or method `child' for Behavior::Base:Class
I have never seen this error message before. It seems like you should
be able to check line 51 in the file
lib/inheritable_class_attributes.rb and

I'm on a shared hosting at a university.
I succesfully installed ruby-1.8.5,
since I'm on a shared and can't write on the /usr/ direcotry I used
--prefix=/home/cybrary/source/ruby
and then set up alias
