[Radiant] Attachments with Database Mailer?

Hi all, I'm using Mailer and Database mailer but I need to be able to send an attachment with the email - I've searched high and low but can't find anything that will work. The database doesn't need to store the attachment, it just needs to email it through. Can anyone point me in the right direc
