Agree on the external service suggestion. Both Madmimi and Mailchimp have

Is Radiant properly installed on your system with all the database
migrations having been run?
Can you see the "config" table in your database?

Hi all
Bit confused, after upgrading a project to 0.9 I run : rake
radiant:update to get the sass goodness.
The project is under SVN and afterwards these dirs show as "switched" in SVN:
/public/stylesheets/sass/admin/modules
/public/stylesheets/sass/admin/partials
I'm assuming the update task is
or first on about us parent?

Hey Josh/All
I have Page Factory and Tags extensions installed. Is it possible to
use PF to default some tags on a page?
Thanks

Hi all
My current workflow is this:
1) dev locally
2) rake db:super_export
3) svn commit
4) cap deploy - to test server
5) rake production db:super_import - on test server
I'm working with another colleague who's largely focussing on
layouts/css. He doesn't have a local installation so has been

I just got hit by this also now that I've just installed Page Parts :(
The hack Marshal mentioned works but it's not a solution for me as I'm
fairly regularly dumping my local db to the file system, committing to
svn, deploying then importing back on the test server.
Thinking cap on..

Hi Marshall/Josh
Thanks for the info.
I've installed Page Factory and Page Parts and I agree, very useful
functionality.
Unfortunately I get an error when I try and output the date held in my
start_page part using the tag. I can
output the date just fine if I use ,
obviously the date is then un

Hi all
I have a News page of archive page type. Users can tag the pages into
"news", "events", "offers" etc.
I'd like to be able to show upcoming events in a sidebar.
I can search for all items tagged with "events" and display them, but
how do I show only events where >= TODAY ?
I didn't really

Initial install of 0.9RC2 does this for me with selection of "styled

I don't know the code well enough but this is the triggering line from
standard_tags.rb:
displayed_children = paging ? tag.locals.options.merge(paging)) :
tag.locals.children.all(options)
