Hello Tim -
As I can't find you in our customer database, could you please send me the

Please reply to me directly.

Hello Cesar -
I will need to see a copy of the configuration file (no secrets) together
with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening.
BTW - what dictionary file are you using?

Hello Lisa -
It looks to me like the shared secrets are not set correctly.
Also note that the vp.users entry for abdul has Service-Type = Framed-User as
a check item, rather than as a reply item. Now it may be that you want it as
a check item, but it is almost certain that the Cisco will expe

HI there,
Would appreciate if anyone has a working config for this in
Radiator.
I would like to able to send a Failure reason to dialin user
whose account has been
diasabled. The message I wish to send to the user should look
like:

HI there,
Anyone know if I can set max session timeout control in
Radiator for individual user.
Currently, I have this control at the Cisco Access
Server level which applies to all users. I want to be able
move this control from Cisco to Radiator and hope that
Radiator has the required
Hi Hugh,
this is in fact a "theoretical" question since I don't need it (for now)... I
am starting to use and, as most people, start by
cutting and pasting from somewhere else... after a few checks, I noticed that
every time I was starting Radiator I was getting the following:

Hello,
We were having some difficulty using Oracle stored procedures with
Radiator (and DBI in general). Maybe some of this is helpful to others,
but we found that we couldn't use 'exec' in the DBI query. It seems 'exec'
may be something specific to Sqlplus, but I'm not sure. Anyhow, we

Hi all,
I have a test set up with a Cisco 6400 and Radiator.2.17 and am getting a
"Bad password" error. The password.log file shows the correct password. The
passwords are cleartext and we're using chap. A test with the same
parameters(user,password,chap,Nas-port-type) works when tested with

I just upgraded to Radiator 2.18.1 on a Sun Solaris box. After
my upgrade, my session database is no longer logging the
%{Framed-IP-Address} variable. It appears to be undefined. Included
below are my session database config and a debug output from
a Trace 4 on the insertion process.
