Hello Miguel - What version of Radiator are you running? What version of Perl? What version of DBI/DBD? What hardware/software platform? And when does the problem occur? Could you also provide a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) together with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing

Hello Tom - Note that the correct spelling is Filter-Id in your user definitions. You will have to check a trace 4 debug from Radiator to verify that the correct attribute is being sent back to the NAS, then you will have to check on the NAS that it is dealing with the filter correctly. hth

We run Platypus and Radiator on an NT4 box. Two weeks ago we upgraded the Hardware and reinstalled the software on a Dual processor machine with 1GB memory and RAID 1,0 and it goes but.. radiator now stops after about 2 or 3 days. Only a restart (This is NT) with get it going again. Platypus

Hello Mark - Have you upgraded to the latest version of ActivePerl? www.activestate.com Looks like perl 5.6.1 is the latest. To say any more we would have to see a copy of the configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what happens when Radiator stops.
