I apologize for the terseness of my previous message. I see that radiator
will use the value of 'secret' from ClientListSQL in lieu of the missing
TACACSPLUSKey value.

I just discovered that TACACSPLUSKey is not supported in ClientListSQL, but
did stumble on a a request for it from 2009 ...
The solution was to build a client config script then include the script
output.
That solution doesn't please me but ok.. So how do I have it handle
periodic refreshes?
