INTO / DELETE
Maybe the implementation choices I have made are arguable, but this is a big
performance improvement, specifically when the SQL database has locks
contentions on the radonline table.

Some users might want to lighten up the load on their sessions SQL

- One auth ticket sent by the TELCO for it's local BAS - DELETE
