This particular Radiator server was running on Red Hat Linux 9.0, but I'm sure it applies for all operating systems.
Since this doesn't appear to be documented anywhere, perhaps it should?

NB: have you included a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?
