I changed the configuration on Cisco System as5300 in the section Interface
Group-async1
I modified the parameter async mode

Hello Fabio -
What you show below looks more to me like modem noise rather than encryption.
I think you should check your modem and the modems in the 5300.
For testing, you can set up radius authentication on a vty on the Cisco and
telnet to it to verify radius operation.
