I have the "sync volume" option enabled and want both devices to synchronously change volume so if he turns down one the other will go down, too. Just like with the Sonos. Now with SB you can only adjust the absolute volume level and on the Radio you have no other preamp to change gain in between.

If you don't find Settings->Advanced->Applet Installer, then 1) reboot your radio (long hold the power button) Sometimes the Applet-Installer menu just disappears and reappears after a fresh boot. Don't know why. 2) If that doesn't help, go to Settings->Home Menu. You will find the Applet Instal

I'm not aware of a maximum but I wouldn't be surprised if the web interface for managing favorites does have a maximum. It would help to know how many you have in the list now. I just tried adding that URL to the favorites on MySB and it added it to the bottom of the list. I have about 90 stations

I have. I also have other devices connected wirelessly that continue to work fine. I have a D-Link DIR-625. Further testing shows that the SB Radio will only connect consistently using no security at all. As soon as I turn on WPA-Personal, it fails regularly. Any thoughts? I obviously can't

and, again, I still don't see how you can maintain a connection to MySB.com via wireless, but not to your local server unless: a) Your router is seriously braindamaged regarding local traffic but works fine with internet traffic. (Not the wireless part itself, but the routing part of the router.

My Squeezeboxes, including the Radio model have been working fine with WPA2 encryption on my Netgear and Dlink routers. You could always try switching the encryption method from WPA to WEP or WPA2 to see if one works and others don't. Do you have the very latest firmware for your model router?

I've had problems in the past where some devices just don't want to work even though others work fine, and it's always come down to interference. Try turning off cordless phones, microwaves, etc and try some different channel settings on your access point. -- tass -
