Well, I do think they are willing to work on it (they might even be
working on it right now) but a complete redesign would most probably
take quite a lot of work to do properly, so I would not expect a
solution to the alarm woes very soon.

I had the same problem and was at my wit's end trying to figure out a
solution. I found, after many days, that my router's firewall was "on"
instead of "off". Once I turned the router's firewall off all worked as
it should.
You may also have to adjust the settings of your security su
Grace, Sonos, Sangean, etc. will play Clear Channel stations. I believe
it would require Logitech to actually talk to Clear Channel.

broken and there's no need for experiments on your side to fix it since
you can't. Indeed the alarm was broken from the very beginning. It only
