Concerning the City Search that has failed me often. VMFM staff told me
that they do not publish and as such that is the reason I can not find
it.
As for the bug report - how do I do that. I did not know there was
such a thing.

You should log a bug report for this stream. There is something odd in
the AAC+ audio stream and the Radio cannot play it natively - if you
disable "native" on SBS - then the stream can be played when decoded by
faad on SBS.
When it does play transcoded - it shows up as MP3 and not AAC - not
sure
