The biggest advantage to Sirius/XM is that it is very mobile. Beyond that, unless you just have to have Howard Stern, it has very limited content. Whereas a SqueezeBox type device has almost limitless content with literally tens of thousands of streams from every corner of the globe. However,

Yep all my problems still there on 7.5.1 with MSB.com - I've never know such crap firmware updates from a company. I thought Draytek were bad with their firmware updates until I bought a SB Radio. Anyone know where I can get 7.4.2 firmware from? -- gcparris

Version 7.5.1 9009 was pushed to my Radio yesterday. I use MSB.com The problems I was having (radio turning off by itself; radio turning on by itself) seem to be gone. Set alarm for this morning using a radio stream - worked. Seems far more stable than 8837 so far. Time will tell. --

Place switch to MySqueezeBox.com onto your Radio's home menu. Radio Settings Home Menu switch to MySqueezeBox.com Then simply navigate Radio to that new home menu item, select it, it should connect Radio to MySqueezeBox.com Typically there is nothing else you need to do, router or otherwise.

I was running Radio (7.4.0/R7790) and Server (7.4.0/R28672) which was operating *generally* reliably until I set my XP server to sleep to save power (and $$). I don't use the mysqueezebox.com. 7.4.0 on the Radio did not wake up the server reliably when my alarm was set. Determined 7.4.0 Radio
