That is one crappy stream. I do not here "scratchy sound" but the audio
in general is just really bad.
Try Detroit 107.5 WGPR for comparison, both streams are 32k, but it is
a much cleaner audio stream.

Seems ever since the upgrade, when I tune in Detroit FM station 105.1
("Magic FM") I hear a scratchy sound, mostly just when the disc jockeys
are talking. Can some of you please tune this station in and tell me if
you're hearing that too? Thanks.
