Are you configuring alarms directly on the Radio? Or via the WebUI? Try to configure it on the Radio - only then you can make sure, the Radio really knows about the alarm time. I would also reconfigure the alarms. If neither the Radio knows about the alarm, nor the server sends a signal at alarm

This morning I got no alarm or backup for my first alarm, but the second one went off on time. The only 'issue' with the second alarm was that it seemed to have been stuck in a short fast stutter. Attached is this morning log from the radio. As you can see nothing was logged in it from almost 7
