I don't think there's any fix. I've seen this too: the battery simply
can't deliver the power needed to play bass heavy tracks at this volume.
The only fix is to lower the volume :-).

Hi. Is there an issue with SB Radios cutting out at loud volumes on
battery.
I've got 4 radios 4 batteries and they all shut down on heavy bass where
volume is circa 85-90%. I've mixed and matched the batteries. One
battery is a proper Logitech and the others are eBay jobs. All do the
same shut
