As of this morning am still having problems. Some of the time the app
works exactly as it should, but much of the time I am still seeing
empty genres and the userdata errors.

Hi
I've been having the same problems with the Radio.
Just to be sure, when you say to give it a fixed IP address do you mean
defining one in the router's admin page?
Exactly, yes. Not had a connectivity issue with the radio since doing
that.

Same issue here - had no issue until the 7.4.2 firmware arrived, but it
has happened very frequently since then. What worked as a solution for
me (so far) was setting a static IP address for the radio by
associating the its MAC address with an IP address in my router.

leave on all the time, and a
WEP one I enable only when one of the older devices is in use.

In the 'RadioFeeds UK Ireland' section on mysb.com, the station is
already included as 'Gold (WMP) [Satellite/Cable, Oldies/Classic
Rock/Motown]'. Plays fine on my SB Radio.

Try goint to 'Settings', then 'Advanced', then 'Networking' and you
should see an option to go back to mysb.com. Under 'Settings' also look
at 'Home Menu' which will allow the relevant option to be added to the
top level menu to make the process a little quicker.

Nope, exactly the same process for both the SB3 and the Radio.

Same problem here in the UK. The radio refuses to connect to mysb.com,
but all my SB3s connect and work normally.
