Hi,
I've had this bug for years.
After a while after I rebooted the Radio, artwork won't show up anymore.
I don't know why it happens, maybe it happens more often after using a
plugin like spotty or pocketcasts, or streaming with DLNA, but not sure.

Yes, playing continues on the apps too.
I don't think anymore Spotty is the issue. I have strange issues, like

LMS is installed on a 16.04 Ubuntu home server. I have a Squeezebox
Radio only. When playback fails on the Radio, I can still see it playing
on LMS page.
