The pre-sets on the radio will store favorites on the radio itself, but not in mysqueezebox.com. The saved favorites in mysqueezebox.com (via the website) can be found on the radio under the "Favorites" menu. Did this help?

I have had very good results using the headphone output for listening to internet radio and to My Music library over my home stereo. I may have other problems with the SB Radio but I don't think I'll bring it up here right now.
