Hi, I'm a long-term owner, 2 SB, 1 Touch, 2 soft player on kids PCs, software running on Synology NAS, very happy user. Exactly this morning, an office colleague asked me what to buy, I wanted to send him a link, and end up seeing all this non-sense. I always suspected Logitech would harm the product spirit, and now it happened. I will recommend my colleague to look elsewhere.
I feel sorry for the technical people behind the products. They have done a fantastic job over the years, only to see marketing messing up with it. Or are the majors behind the move ? More control delegated to big brother ? Not sure, I don't think they are smart enough for such an easy plot.
