I have two squeezeboxes on one network and my Dad has one at home on his network. One of my boxes has been losing presets at least once a day for the past week. A full reboot usually fixes it. My Dad's box has also been losing presets and sometimes he has to do several reboots in order to get them back. What is causing this issue? It's getting frustrating for him, especially since he is visually impaired and has a problem doing troubleshooting to get it back online. He has done a factory setting restore several times, but the problem persists.
