So all this time while you've been using this open api you decided not
to be a partner (ie freeloading)while we pay you for the squeezbox
hardware. 

If you had been an official partener you would have been informed about
the change in the api. Meanwhile the end users (we that pay for the
hardware) are left in the crap because you didnt want to spend a few
dollars to become an official partner.

Now I have a squeezbox radio, duet and a classic which I only listen to
shoutcast on are now lying dormant, lifes great.

And the comment about having to go to the shoutcast forum to learn
about the api change is just lame, did you not even check your own
forum and notice there were problems?

you should be checking their forum out regardless, to keep the end
user, us happy! after all you advertise shoutcast as been available on
this equipment, and we've already paid our money.
