I am experiencing the same problem, but interestingly just with one of my two Squeezebox Radios. Squeezebox Touch also works fine. WiFi connection is there (AVM Fritzbox Router has the two radios online). But all of a sudden the red WiFi sign appears and the Radio looses its connection. Sometimes it looses the connection every 5 to 10 minutes, sometimes it works the whole day, sometimes it won´t connect at all. You always have to shut down and restart the radio. It made a reset to factury default, without success.
Since it just happens to one radio (both with same Firmware 7.7.2 r9663) I guess it has a broken WiFi module or something.
