OrangeSqueeze is Android and probably the App with the most Android
In all honestly the alternatives are well worth while and much better
than the official app anyway.
I'm a fan of both Orange Squeeze but not is a paid app, well worth the
money IMO
You could also try Squeezer which is open source and free.

For a while now iplayer has no listings for friday .. in the past I
always listened to the Radio 4 6:30 'comedy' (the now show etc) on
saturday morning, but recently iplayer on the squeezebox radio does not
show any listings for the friday . apologies if this has been covered,
