The Radio can play AAC/AAC+ streams natively - the problem is RadioTime
will not return the AAC URL as older players cannot play AAC natively.
Add the following URL as a Favorite on your mysb.com account - this
will play on Radio and Touch only.

With the advent of the newer SB players capable of AAC native playback,
I wonder if RadioTime could update how they handle SB
I think the issue is within MySB.com rather than RadioTime as mysb.com
only asks RadioTime for URLs which are WMA or MP3. With SBS - the
request includes AAC if the player support AAC.

Code:
http://opml.radiotime.com/Tune.ashx?id=s23196formats=aac,ogg,mp3,wmpro,wma,wmvoice,realpartnerId=16

In addition to contacting the station, I also got in touch with
Radiotime who I think facilitates the streams for the SBRadio.
I got the following response:
Hello,
In order to get AAC streams on your Squeezeboz, you need to install the
SqueezeboxServer software from LogitechSqueezebox.com
I think the RadioTime response means is that you cannot access this
station using mysqueezebox.com. I did a search for WTMA using the
Remote Control, Internet Radio search function on my mysqueezebox.com
account. It found the station with the notation that it was
incompatible. When I installed it
Hi,
I recently lost WTMA a Charleston SC radio station. I emailed the
station to ask them what happened and got this response:
WTMA is still streaming online. However, there was a change around
April 1
to a Flash-based media player on our website, which I've been told will
make
the stream more
