After every factory reset. I had to re-enter the wifi passphrase. It
was always blank. At least with this version of firmware.
It's still connected this morning. So it must have been something
going on over the weekend with MySB.com.

I'd guess the player must be able to see MySB.com to know if it is
registered or not, and to which account. So if MySB.com is down it may
not offer that screen.
Also, when connecting to your WiFi after a reset, it might offer your
previously entered encryption passphrase, it would show up as a l
This is very strange. At 8:15pm Eastern time . I gave it another try.
This time after doing a factory reset and going though the setup. This
time it asked me for my email and password.
After many hours of trying to get this to work again without the SBS.
It worked.

After I do a factory reset. It jumps right into the Language selection
menu. I select English and then it goes the the network setup option.
Next it lists my WIFI network that I select. The player then asks me
for my WIFI password. I enter the password and it then conn

x...@abc.com, if correct select Next" or something like that.
If you scroll down there may be a hidden menu item (off screen) that
allows you to enter new account info.
At least that is how it is supposed to work.

I just did a factory reset on my squeezebox radio. I then went though
the setup option and connected to my WIFI network just fine. But then
