It's actually closer to being like a
If you're using SBS you can set the audio to pause at off and resume
when turned on.
Non working alarms would be a separate issue though.

This sounds like the correct behaviour to me.
When you first turn it on, there are lots of things it could be doing,
continuing the current playlist is just one. Instead of turning it on,
then pressing play, how about just pressing play from off? that should
kick it off with the current playlist
When I turn the radio on, the radio is paused. After so many seconds,
the radio shuts itself off. In order to get music, I need to press the
